Not too much needs to be added to what has already been said about this and other copies of this stellar show. Sound quality is typical of this era and

performance is top notch. Tail end of Brent's tenure and the final Hey Jude. From Box through Drums is plain sickness. Believe it if you need it. If you don't, there are plenty of other nuggets on the archive to please even the most discerning listener.

Cassidy
After reading all of the reviews from all of the sources I can't believe that nobody called out Cassidy. Easily a top 10 all time version of this song.
...
Also I agree with someone who called out Victim. Not a favorite tune of mine but this version is played flawlessly. IMO Victim is a first set song. Its too much of a mood changer to be played in the 2nd set. Along with my first show, 7/13/89, this show is my favorite. This whole night though ranks very high as "MOST PSYCHEDELIC EXPERIENCE" of my life. Thanks buddy for that kind microdot !

Unforgettable in my book
I'll never forget this show. The day was beautiful. The tailgating was laid-back and friendly. Good times started us all in a good mood but by the end

of Stranger, dark clouds rolled in quick and opened up right above us. Downpour! So when Bertha came along we all screamed "caught in a rainstorm!!" So much fun splashing around in the summer rain. Thunder seemed to crack along with the intensity of Jerry's guitar. Funny enough, the Boys broke into A Little Light and wouldn't you know, the sun came back out briefly! Wow! Dancing ensued and so did the rain. No surprise, Box of Rain opened the second set. Later on, we were treated to a great Dark Star and in all of the drums and space I made my way up to the very top of the stadium and was delighted to look down on everyone na-na-na-ing to Hey Jude. I introduced some friends to the Dead at this show and they jumped on the bus right along with me!
